Tell us what failed
Include the page address, chosen barcode format and a small non-sensitive test value. Describe whether the problem occurred during input validation, preview, download or printing. For an export problem, include the file format and browser you used.
If a scanner returns unexpected text, describe the scanner settings you know, the exact test value and the text received. Remove private information from screenshots. You do not need to send an entire stock list to explain one failing row.
Number allocation and retail acceptance
We cannot allocate a UPC, EAN or ISBN, certify a label or approve a marketplace listing. Ask GS1 or the relevant ISBN agency about identifier assignment, and ask the receiving retailer or software provider about its requirements.
Do not send passwords, payment details, customer records or confidential inventory exports. This is a website-support contact channel, not a barcode-registration service.
